BEWARE of this company and this ebay seller! All details are below, but in summary the seller sent my order to the wrong address ("213" instead of "231") and refuses to issue a refund or resend the product. I have had to file multiple complaints (ebay, squaretrade, paypal) and dispute the charge with my credit card to receive reimbursement. You'll notice in the emails below that the seller said she'd send a money order but never did, and that she blames her error on me. (I have had a previous dealing with this seller for $50+ and _was_ a repeat customer, NEVER again!) In addition to stealing my money, this seller left me negative feedback as a retalitory measure for her negative feedback; look at the feedback she has left for others, it is 90% negative! Seller has left negative feedback on _3_ of my ebay user id's for this one sale, and each states "adult toy" or similar; see "killernsx", "taken4somereason", "sm55555" for feedback. When I ordered a chargeback through my credit card the seller used the tracking number from the previous sale as proof of delivery for this sale (previous tracking number shows delivery as 12 days BEFORE this auction closed!) EMAILS READ BOTTOM TO TOP (top email is latest).

What about these emails says that we agreed to wait until you rec’d more? It says if you can’t get one in a week, issue a refund. If you remember, I have bought from you in the past under ebay user id “sm55555” and we had no problem when you sent it to the RIGHT address….however you think I’m trying to scam you for $12?! Get real! Your business practice leaves much to be desired and you won’t have my business again for sure. I have disputed the item with my credit card, I will not have to pay it anyway, however, I will still continue to pursue the matter with ebay, paypal, and the US Postal Service, since you have not fulfilled my order and have conducted a fraudulent sale and used the US Postal Service in the meantime (Felony). I will also email your bidders for the next few months with all these emails to show them your business practices.

i thought we left it as i would email when i rec. the produc6t you knew that i had none and was awaiting an overdue shipment the place closed for a long vacation so since you are going thru paypal to receive your money i will not have to send. also i checked with the post office and they said that if the name and address do not add up they send it back or check it the mail of that kind is automated and if something does not add up either way it is returned i have not seen it and the tracking sheet said delivered my brother send on dec. 18 a package and put 5 instead of three it was returned to him and he sent it back and put 7 this time and the post office crossed it out and put 3 i received it yesterday. what were you trying to do get money or an item from all sources. i had planned to email you this weekend as they came in yesterday i think it was sneakey not to email me first also this is the reason why paypal does not take money from mature audiences which they were more than happy to remind me. so have fun with paypal they are useless i got ripped off on a vase for 475 and paypal did do much they after months gave me 70 i sent it back they grab the money but do not stand behind you. i therefore consider this closed.

The shipping delay is no problem, I think she said they were going to be included with her Christmas presents to two friends anyway so as long as I have them before xmas. I just sent payment via paypal, thanks again!

BTW: Can you tell me more about the drop ship adult toy shop you have on ebay? Is there a minimum initial purchase (or subsequent purchases) or start up fee? What fees are involved, how is payment handled (from buyer and from supplier), have you ever had problems with them, etc.
